Where Do You Ship?
Currently, we're only able to ship to customers located within the United States and Canada. If you live outside these areas, please contact us at email@example.com for help placing an international order.
Which Shipping Services Do You Use?
All shipments are sent via standard* First Class mail, care of the United States Postal Service (USPS). (*Rush orders are currently unavailable.)
When Can I Expect My Order?
We'll make our best effort to transfer new shipments to USPS within three days of purchase. Final delivery dates are subject to Postal Service guidelines.
I Live Near You! Can I Pick Up My Order at the Shop?
Absolutley! If you prefer to receive your order in person, please leave a comment in the Notes section at checkout. (Shipping fees will be reimbursed once the order is picked up.) Stop by Spak Brothers during regular business hours (Tues - Sun, 3:00-9:00 pm) to receive your order, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask about other arrangements.
What's Your Return Policy?
That depends on the problem...!
You (Spak Brothers) Made a Mistake!
If the error is ours (i.e. we sent you the wrong item, size, color, etc.), we'll reimburse your shipping costs and help arrange a return for all or part of the original order.
I (The Customer) Made a Mistake!!
If the error is yours (i.e. you ordered an incorrect item, size, color, etc.), we'll be happy to reimburse the cost of your original order minus shipping once the item is received undamaged.
But I Don't Like What I Got!!!
See above! We do our utmost to ensure our item descriptions and photos accurately represent our merch, but we unfortunately aren't able to accommodate all return requests. (We are, after all, a small independent restaurant, not a scale retailer.)
How Do I Initiate a Return?
Easy! Send an email with your order infomation to email@example.com. We'll contact you ASAP to help iron out the details.
Can I Make an Exchange Instead?
Unfortunately, no. If you'd like to return your original order for something elseIf you're returning an item for any reason, you'll need to place a new order for the replacement item(s). A refund for the original order will be processed as soon as it is received undamaged.
